Right to Cancel

You may request to cancel your order within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Please note: This cancellation right applies only if the goods are eligible under our return policy and are not excluded.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

• The item is unused, in original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging.

• You must obtain a return authorization from us before shipping the product back.

Non-returnable Items

The following products are excluded from return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed expiry.

• Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must:

1. Contact us at dylanlee857@gmail.com to request a return authorization with your order number and reason.

2. Ship the item at your own cost and risk to the following address:

   Port Area, 17 Ganghua Road, Dagang Sub-district, Shibei District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China

3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Provide proof of delivery once returned.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if all conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any applicable restocking fees or handling costs.
